Our therapeutic approach is very integrated and eclectic, tailoring each session to each individual and/or family. We assess the issues and create a specialized treatment plan. However, we feel that CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectic behavior therapy), and mindfulness techniques are essential in seeing results in your journey towards WHOLENESS.
